This privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personally identifiable information (PII) on our website (irre.org) and the related applications, services and products offered by IRRE (collectively, the “Services”) and the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others. By using IRRE’s Site, you agree that your use is subject to the terms of this policy and you consent to the collection, use and storage of your information by IRRE in accordance with this privacy policy. This policy does not govern or apply to information collected or used by IRRE through other means, whose policies are outlined in individual contracts with clients and conform, at minimum, to the Student Privacy Pledge.

Emails sent through these services may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit IRRE, for example, to count users who have opened an email. Read Mailchimp’s and Salesforce’s privacy policies for more information.
How We Use Your Information
We process your Data in the circumstances described below.
Providing our Site and Services. IRRE processes your Data to operate and administer our Site and to provide you with the content you access and request. For example, if you fill out one of our web forms, IRRE will use the information provided to contact you about your interest.

Users may voluntarily request to join our mailing lists by signing up through a form on our Site. To be removed from an IRRE email and/or mailing list, update your email preferences by selecting the unsubscribe button at the bottom of said email, or email privacy@irre.org with REMOVE ME in the subject line.
Handling contact and user support requests. If you fill out one of our web forms or request user support, or if you contact us by other means including via a phone call, we use your Data to fulfill your requests and communicate with you.
Managing event registrations and attendance. IRRE uses Data about webinar attendees to plan and host events, online forums, and trainings for which you have registered or in which you may participate, including sending related communications to you.
Sending marketing communications. IRRE may use Data about customers and webinar attendees for first-party marketing purposes. For example, IRRE may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in the Services and to send you information about IRRE product recommendations related to our contract with you or your interest. To the extent your consent is required and you have provided your prior consent, such consent can be withdrawn by you at any time.
Data Retention. IRRE may retain information collected for the time required to support the authorized educational/school purposes. IRRE may retain your information for a commercially reasonable time for audit purposes or as required by applicable law.
Disclosure of Your Information
IRRE will not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to third parties outside IRRE.
Third Parties. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your prior consent. IRRE will not use or disclose information collected for behavioral or contextual targeting of advertisements in any context.
Compelled Disclosure. IRRE may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law.
Merger or Acquisition. In the case of a transaction like a sale, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or dissolution, your information such as name and email address and other information collected through our Site and Services may be among the items sold or transferred. The buyer or transferee will be required to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy, and you will be given the opportunity to opt out before the transfer takes place.

However, once you have used these links to leave our Site, we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you provide while visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy policy.
