IRRE’s Measure of Instructional Quality Validated in National Research Study

In June 2014, The High School Journal published a research article by independent researchers from the University of Rochester describing the validity and reliability of IRRE’s Engagement Alignment and Rigor Classroom Visit Protocol. Results from two separate studies of the measure in five school districts across four states confirmed the measure’s usefulness in assessing “vital signs” of classroom instruction contributing to student learning.
